Digital Marketing and Customer Service Thought Leadership Study

Marketing professionals are bombarded with opportunities to read, watch and listen to the advice of experts and thought leaders in the field. It can be difficult to find experts who are truly helpful and information which is relevant, practical and transformative.

This survey seeks input from marketers like you, to better understand who you are listening to and what you'd most like to have experts provide in terms of content.

Your responses to the questions in this survey will remain anonymous, will be aggregated with those of other respondents and shared with speakers and event organizers interested in improving the value of the content and events they offer to marketers.

The survey is being conducted by Audience Audit Inc., a research organization. Your responses will remain anonymous. The questionnaire should take no more than 7 minutes to complete.
